Delete your account

You can delete your Zinglink account and all of its data at any time, from the app or by asking us.
In the app
- Sign in to Zinglink.
- Open Coach → Settings (or go to Settings).
- Scroll to Delete account, type DELETE and tap Delete my account.
Deletion happens straight away and you are signed out. It can't be undone.
If you can't sign in
Email banjezamai@gmail.com from the address you sign in with and ask us to delete your account. We'll confirm by email and delete it within 30 days, usually much sooner.
What is deleted
- Your account, email address, name and settings.
- Your habits, check-ins, notes and streak history.
- Photos and other evidence files you uploaded.
- Your circle memberships, reactions and nudges. Circles you own pass to the longest-standing member; a circle with no one left is deleted.
- Your push subscriptions, notification history, AI coach messages and suggestions, and AI usage records.
What we keep
- Reports about circle content, kept for moderation with your name and account removed.
- Error reports, with your account ID removed.
- Rate-limit counters, which expire within a day.
- Copies in encrypted database backups, which expire within 7 days.
