Terms of use
Last updated 19 October 2026
By using Zinglink you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. Questions: banjezamai@gmail.com.
Who can use Zinglink
You must be at least 16 and able to agree to these terms. Keep access to your email account secure: it's how you sign in.
What Zinglink is, and isn't
- A tool to track habits, keep streaks and stay accountable with people you invite.
- Not medical, mental-health, financial or professional advice. The AI coach makes suggestions; you decide. Stop any exercise that hurts and talk to a professional when you need one.
- Evidence labels such as "AI reviewed" or "Partner confirmed" are not proof that something happened.
Your content
You own what you add: habits, notes, photos and messages. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the app for you, including sending parts of it to our AI provider as described in the privacy policy.
Be decent
- Only upload evidence you have the right to share, and nothing illegal, harmful or sexual.
- Don't harass people in your circles, misuse nudges, or try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
- We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Report a check-in or photo, or block a member, from the circle screen; we review reports within 24 hours.
- We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Streaks and availability
We work hard to count every day correctly and keep an audit log of every change. If a bug or outage breaks your streak, tell us and we'll restore it. The service is provided "as is"; we can't promise it will always be available or error-free.
Ending things
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may end the service with reasonable notice, and you'll be able to delete your data before then.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of Zinglink. Nothing here limits rights you have that can't be limited by law.
Changes and law
We'll tell you in the app before meaningful changes take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the country where Zinglink's operator is based. That doesn't take away any protection you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live.
